Please note the return conditions for orders from the EU, UK and Switzerland.
Regular orders
Regular orders cannot be returned. If you wish to make a complaint about a product, please use the complaint form.
Return of selected products
The selected items can be returned within 60 days of delivery. After 60 days, products with an expiry date of >12 months can be exchanged for a product of the same category. Exchanges of non-identical implants must be authorised. The customer shall bear the resulting shipping costs. The General Terms and Conditions of CeramTec Schweiz GmbH apply. The General Terms & Conditions of CeramTec Dentalvertriebs GmbH apply to all EU countries.
